Privacy policy

1. Data we collect

• Trainer application data: name, DOB, phone, email, city, education, experience, photo, documents.
• Client data (during work): weight, nutrition logs, training logs, health metrics.

2. Purpose

Provide the platform, route clients to trainers, payouts, support.

3. Storage

Encrypted in our database (AES-256 for sensitive fields). Stored on EU servers. Retention 3 years after last activity.

4. Third parties

OpenAI (for AI generation, 30-day retention by their policy). Telegram (for messaging). Payment providers (only payment data).

5. Your rights
