Public offer / Terms of service

1. Subject

Alex Team (Gration ecosystem) provides a platform where independent trainers offer online training services to clients via Telegram bot, video and chat.

2. Trainer role

The trainer is an independent contractor (sole proprietor / ФОП preferred). Trainer sets own schedule, methodology, training programs.

3. Commission

Alex Team takes a commission of XX% from each paid session/subscription routed via the platform. Remaining XX% paid out weekly to trainer.

4. Payout

Weekly to bank card or sole-proprietor account. Statements available in dashboard.

5. Quality and rules

• Reply to clients within 24 hours.
• No extreme diets, no dangerous loads, no medication recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality (see NDA).

6. Termination

Either side may terminate with 14-day written notice. Existing client commitments must be fulfilled.

7. Liability

Trainer is solely responsible for the safety and quality of training recommendations. Alex Team is a technology platform and does not guarantee training outcomes.
